Day 1: Arrival in Porvoo
Arrival at Helsinki Vantaa Airport. A private transfer (approx. 35 minutes) brings you to the heart of Porvoo, one of Finland’s oldest towns. Accommodation is arranged at the RUNO Hotel, a boutique property set in a beautifully restored 100-year-old building in the old town. Overnight stay in Porvoo.
Day 2: Porvoo
Start the day with a delightful breakfast at RUNO Hotel, where many items are homemade and locally sourced. The day is free to explore Porvoo’s Old Town, with its colourful wooden houses, charming boutiques, and riverside walkways. A guided walking tour with a local expert is highly recommended for deeper insight into the town’s rich history. Overnight stay in Porvoo.
Day 3: Porvoo to Helsinki
After breakfast, make your way to Helsinki. From RUNO Hotel, it’s a short walk to the bus stop; frequent services take travellers directly to the capital in under an hour (bus fare not included). Upon arrival, check in to a centrally located 4-star hotel, your base for the next three nights. The rest of the day is free to begin exploring Helsinki’s design shops, cafés, and wintry charm. Day 4: Day Trip to Tallinn
After breakfast, depart by ferry to Tallinn, Estonia. This romantic Hanseatic city offers a perfect blend of medieval architecture and lively urban life. Explore the Old Town’s winding streets, discover small shops and coffee houses, and perhaps stop by one of the seasonal markets. Return to Helsinki by ferry in the late afternoon. Overnight stay in Helsinki.
Day 5: Helsinki
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. The day is yours to explore Helsinki’s highlights — from the neoclassical beauty of Senate Square to the contemporary architecture of the Design District. Visit the famous Market Square, stroll along the harbour, or relax in Kaivopuisto Park. Overnight stay in Helsinki.
Day 6: Departure from Helsinki
Breakfast is served at the hotel. Transfer to Helsinki Airport according to your flight schedule (not included). Departure marks the end of a peaceful and memorable Nordic escape.
