29th December
Upon arrival at Rovaniemi Airport, clients will be transferred to the Arctic SnowHotel and Glass Igloos. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes, bringing them into the heart of snowy wilderness. Accommodation on the first night is in a Snow Suite – each room is individually carved from ice and kept at -5°C, while warm sleeping bags ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. Dinner is served in the traditional Kota restaurant, known for its open fire and signature glow-fried salmon.
30th December
After breakfast in the Log Restaurant, clients will be transferred to Santa Claus Village and Snowman World. There will be time to meet Santa, explore his post office and enjoy ice slides, skating, and the ice bar. At noon, a Lappish lunch is included at Santamus Restaurant. Late afternoon, return to the resort for dinner in the Ice Restaurant. The evening is at leisure, or clients may choose to join an optional electric snowmobile safari—an eco-friendly and silent way to chase the Northern Lights.
31st December
Following breakfast, clients will visit a local husky farm for a guided safari through the snowy forest. A light snack is served during the excursion. After returning to the resort, there will be time to relax before a festive New Year’s Eve dinner is served in the Log Restaurant. Overnight in a glass igloo, with panoramic views perfect for spotting the Northern Lights as the new year begins.
1st January
Breakfast is served in the Log Restaurant. A guided snowshoe hike begins from reception and takes clients into the serene Arctic landscape. Upon return, a traditional sauna experience is included, featuring a snow sauna, hot sauna, and outdoor jacuzzi. Dinner is served in the Kota Restaurant. Accommodation in a glass igloo.
2nd January
After breakfast, clients will be transferred back to Rovaniemi Airport for departure.
