Autumn Colours & Northern Lights

Day 1: Arrival in Tromsø
Arrival in Tromsø according to own arrangements. A transfer will be provided to the hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure. Overnight in a centrally located hotel in Tromsø.

Day 2: City Sightseeing in Tromsø
Breakfast at the hotel. A guided tour of Tromsø will introduce the city’s highlights, including the Arctic Cathedral, a modern architectural landmark. The journey continues with a ride on the Fjellheisen cable car, offering sweeping views from the mountain Storsteinen. Overnight in a centrally located hotel in Tromsø.

Day 3: Fjord Cruise
Breakfast at the hotel. The day includes a quiet fjord cruise aboard a hybrid-electric boat. The autumn colours and dramatic coastal landscape unfold from the water, offering a unique perspective. The afternoon and evening remain at leisure with optional excursions such as beer tasting or a Northern Lights chase. Overnight in a centrally located hotel in Tromsø.

Day 4: Journey to Sommarøy & Sea Kayaking
Breakfast at the hotel and check-out. A scenic drive brings the journey westward to Sommarøy, a coastal village surrounded by sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. In the afternoon, a sea kayaking tour allows for slow exploration of the coastline and close encounters with nature. If the evening skies are clear, there may be a chance to witness the Northern Lights. Overnight in a hotel in Sommarøy, dinner included.

Day 5: Ørnfløya Hike
Breakfast at the hotel. A leisurely guided hike leads to the top of Ørnfløya, offering 360° views of Sommarøy and its surrounding islands. The rest of the day is free to enjoy the area, with optional access to a sauna or jacuzzi available. Overnight in a hotel in Sommarøy, dinner included.

Day 6: Departure
Breakfast at the hotel. A transfer is arranged from Sommarøy to Tromsø Airport, marking the end of the journey.
