Local tip
Skip the crowded Nyhavn restaurants and head to Reffen, Copenhagen’s vibrant street food market located in a former industrial area by the harbour. It’s where locals go for a more authentic (and affordable) food scene, with everything from Danish classics to global bites, live music, and a laid-back, creative vibe. Rent a bike and ride there—it’s half the fun and very Copenhagen!
