On this comprehensive tour of Norway, your travellers will journey across the country. They will experience the iconic Flåm Railway, winding through steep valleys, and explore cities such as Oslo, Bergen, Ålesund, Trondheim, and more. The highlight of the trip is the scenic coastal voyage aboard Havila.
Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Oslo
The tour begins in Oslo, where your travellers can explore attractions such as the Vigeland Sculpture Park, the museum island of Bygdøy, and the Holmenkollen ski jump. A centrally located hotel ensures easy access to the city’s highlights.
Day 2: Oslo to Flåm
Your travellers will make their way from Oslo to Flåm via the scenic Bergen Railway and the renowned Flåmsbana, celebrated for its stunning mountain and waterfall views. The evening is spent in the charming village of Flåm, where a 5-course Viking plank dinner awaits.
Day 3: Flåm to Bergen
Today features a fjord cruise through the UNESCO-listed Nærøyfjord to Gudvangen, followed by a transfer to Bergen, the "Capital of the Fjords." Your travellers will have time to visit Bryggen’s colourful wooden houses and enjoy panoramic views from the Fløibanen funicular.
Day 4 – 10: Havila Voyage from Bergen to Kirkenes
From Bergen, your travellers will embark on a seven-day coastal voyage with Havila, exploring Norway’s dramatic coastline. Highlights include Ålesund’s Art Nouveau architecture, Trondheim’s Nidaros Cathedral, the Arctic beauty of the Lofoten Islands and Tromsø, and the North Cape, Europe’s northernmost point. The voyage concludes in Kirkenes.
Day 11: Departure from Kirkenes
The tour ends in Kirkenes. If time permits, we highly recommend a King Crab Safari—a memorable experience to round off your travellers journey.
*Please note: This tour can start in either Oslo or Kirkenes. If starting in Kirkenes, the tour will be one night shorter due to the southbound Havila voyage.
